Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ULTRARD ! Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship to:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at ultragerenciard@gmail.com.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases. You may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ultragerenciard@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll issue store credit for eligible cases.
