At UltraRD, your satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not offer refunds or accept returns, we’re happy to provide store credit under the following conditions:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Store Credit Eligibility
We offer store credit for the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
To request store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at ultragerenciard@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (and damage if applicable)
- A short explanation of the issue
After reviewing your request, if approved, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.
Conditions for Store Credit
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
